Century
Health & Benefits, Inc. was founded in 1989 with a distinct mission:
To serve those partially self-funded and self-insured Clients who demand the
best in administration for medical, dental and other employee benefits.
We provide the level of tailor-made benefit administration and customized service
that insurance companies and larger TPAs are ill equipped to provide.
We meet and exceed the high expectations of our Clients by combining a unique
blend of experience and expertise in information technology, claims processing,
information reporting and customer service with a focus on the singular requirements
of each Client.
We consistently lead the industry in accuracy and timeliness.

Our vision of future success involves continuing and enhancing those characteristics
that distinguish us from other Administrators:
- We will continue to incorporate the most advanced technology into
our operations.
- We will continue to select as employees only those highly skilled
professionals who possess a genuine desire to be helpful and responsive to
the specific needs of each of our Clients.
- We will continue to grow at a modest rate so that all new Clients
receive the intensity of Senior Management involvement that we believe is
necessary for a smooth implementation and operation.

We provide a broad array of services to our Clients, including:
- Claims Administration: Medical, Dental, Prescription Drug, Vision
- Section 125 Administration of Flexible Benefit Plans
- Consumer Driven Health Plans
- Internet Interactivity for employers and employees
- Administration of PPO Networks
- COBRA and HIPAA Administration
- Meaningful Information Reporting and Analysis
- Risk Management Services

We believe in the "top down" approach in providing customized programs
with superior performance. While all employees of 21st Century Health &
Benefits, Inc. are highly skilled professionals, as expected, it is the Senior
Management that is the most experienced and has the broadest perspective. The
Principals of the company and the Senior Management are actively involved in
the design, implementation and start-up phase of every new Client. During the
start-up phase, an Account Executive and other dedicated operational personnel
are assigned to the Client and trained in the Client's requirements. Only after
the first months of smooth, actual operation is day-to-day responsibility turned
over to the Account Executive.
In our organization, the Account Executive is empowered and expected to respond
to the needs of the Benefit Office, the employees and their dependents. In those
unusual circumstances when the Account Executive needs additional resources,
the Principals and each member of Senior Management are readily available.
